End-user guide
When a project is shared with you, you will receive a notification by email and in the Diologi app.

AI - The fastest way to interact with the system
Ask in plain language for project information
To get familiar with a newly shared project, ask for project information.
Example request: tell me about the project

Ask for live updates
You can request a current status summary for a system, zone, or room.
Example request: update me on corner office

Ask for trends
You can request historical trends for a selected point and time range.
Example request: show the temp trend for the last 6h

Send commands
You can send control commands using plain language (for example, changing a setpoint or switching equipment on/off) or by using the menu actions shown below.
Common examples:
Set AHU 1 temperature to 21Switch on AHU 1Set fan speed to 80% in corner office

All supported AI requests
Currently, the AI understands the following intents:
- Show project info
- Show plant info (for example: Show me AHU1 info)
- Show notification-related information
- Show active alarms
- Show a point value or status (for example: What is the supply temperature of AHU1?, Is AHU1 running?)
- Show historical trends for a selected point(s) and time range
- Change a point value (for example: Switch on AHU1, Set the AHU1 setpoint to 21)
Although the Diologi app understands natural language, AI functionality is limited to supported intents. We continuously expand these capabilities and will notify you as new features become available.
Using the menu
Use the menu for structured actions such as setting values, checking status, opening active alerts, and viewing project information.
Tap Menu next to the message input field, then choose the required action.

For sending commands through menu flow:
- Select Set value
- Choose the project and target point
- Enter the value and confirm
Notifications
Notifications are sent automatically when configured events are triggered.
All notification rules are configured by the Administrator account. If you need changes, contact your project administrator (the person who shared the project with you).
Open the Notifications tab to review device status updates and alert events.
